Holy Indifference
When mind no longer splits the sky—
no dark and light, no low or high,
when flame and ash are both the same,
no praise to seek, no guilt to name—
Then silence deep begins to sing,
not joy or grief, but everything.
The voice that once would wound or please
now passes by like summer breeze.
The past dissolves, the future fades,
and only stillness serenades.
The echoes lose their need to stay,
like footprints washed by tidal spray.
No need to clutch the sound of praise,
no need to fear what slander says.
The world speaks on, yet you remain—
not deaf, but free from joy and pain.
This is not apathy or sleep,
but peace that rises calm and deep.
A mind unbound, a heart made wide,
no longer caught on either side.
So let them speak, and let them go—
the truth is not in yes or no.
When self no longer claims a part,
you meet the world with open heart.
