 In Thoughts Without Love

In the chambers of the mind, shadows creep,

Where thoughts spin in silence, and sorrows seep.

A maze of worries, tangled and tight,

Misery lingers, devoid of the light.

What weight it bears, this heart out of tune,

When love is a whisper, lost to the moon.

Each thought a thorn, a clouded refrain,

A cycle of anguish, a dance of pain.

Yet love is a balm, soft as a sigh,

It roots in the heart, lets the spirit fly.

To think without loving is to tread a cold way,

Where joy turns to dust, and hope fades to gray.

But when love enters, like dawn’s gentle gleam,

It softens the edges, ignites every dream.

In kindness and warmth, each thought takes its place,

Creating a haven, a sacred space.

So let us remember, in moments we falter,

To think with our hearts, let compassion alter.

For misery lingers, a consequence stark,

When thoughts drift alone, in the absence of spark.

Embrace, then, the power of love’s gentle art,

A refuge for all, a light in the dark.

In thoughts wrapped in love, find solace and grace,

For joy blooms eternal in love’s sweet embrace.
