 This Morning, Life Begins With You


Open wide your waking eyes,

Let go of doubt, let go of lies.

No need to wear the masks you do—

The day is fresh, the sky is blue.


Don’t chase the echo of the past,

The moments lost, the shadows cast.

What’s gone has done what it must do—

This morning, life begins with you.


No need to earn the right to breathe,

No need to prove, or to achieve.

You are enough, without disguise,

A flame beneath the open skies.


The world is not some race to run,

But breath and bloom and rising sun.

So take this step, so small, so true,

And know the dawn is shaped by you.


In every leaf, in every hue,

The universe leans close to you.

So open up, receive your view—

This morning, life begins with you.
