 When the Mind Grows Still


Quiet the mind, let silence fall—

A hush within the restless sea;

Release the thoughts that clamor, call,

And drift into tranquility.


Beneath the surface, soft and deep,

Where worries fade and doubts grow thin,

The soul awakens from its sleep

And whispers gentle truths within.


No need for words, no need for sound,

Just space to feel, to simply be;

A sacred calm, a peace unbound,

Where spirit speaks in clarity.


It tells of love that cannot end,

Of purpose shining, clear and bright;

It guides the heart, it helps to mend,

And fills the dark with quiet light.


So still the mind, let silence grow—

And listen close, the soul will speak;

Its wisdom flows, a steady glow,

For those who pause, and dare to seek.
