Many energies are currently directing our attention towards our past, triggering a sense of aggression within us. We may have believed that our past was settled and at peace, only to find that old issues and emotions are resurfacing once again. However, this time our aggression is not directed towards external enemies; it is turned inward, towards ourselves. It feels like an emotional auto-aggressive disorder, where we harm ourselves emotionally.

To address this internal struggle, there is a healing process that can be undertaken. Begin by searching within yourself for the pictures or memories of old enemies that are causing this aggression. These enemy pictures represent unresolved conflicts or negative experiences from the past that still reside within you.

Once you have identified these enemy pictures, approach them with love and compassion. Envelop these parts of yourself with your love, understanding, and forgiveness. By doing so, you begin to release the aggression that has been directed towards yourself.

Next, guide these enemy pictures out of your system. Visualize them leaving your being, releasing their hold over you. As you let go of these negative energies, create space within yourself for love to fill the void. Fill these now empty spaces with your love, allowing it to permeate every part of your being.

By engaging in this healing process, you can begin to release the emotional auto-aggressive disorder that has been plaguing you. The power of love and light, represented by Agni, can guide you towards a place of inner peace and healing.

Remember, healing takes time and patience. Be gentle with yourself as you navigate this process, and trust that with each step, you are moving closer to feeling better. Embrace the love and light within you, and allow it to illuminate your path towards healing and emotional well-being.
