Lay down your burdens, close your eyes,

Let silence wash the worried skies.

The world can wait, the night is kind,

Leave heavy thoughts and noise behind.


Breathe in deep, release the day,

Let dreams come softly, float and stay.

Your soul is not a burning flame—

It needs the dark to rise again.


You’ve given much, you’ve stood so tall,

But even stars must pause their call.

Rest and restore, let stillness flow,

Recharge the light you softly show.

Of strength renewed in everything.

But feed it first with peace and night.
