Not the Other Way Around
Use money—yes, but as a tool,
Not as a master, not as a rule.
It builds the walls, it buys the bread,
But it can’t heal the words unsaid.
Love people—fiercely, pure and true,
Not for what they give to you.
Not for gold or fleeting fame,
But for their heart, not for their name.
Money can vanish, fast as a flame,
But love, real love, will stake its claim.
It doesn’t count, it doesn’t trade,
It stays when every debt is paid.
So don’t reverse the sacred line,
Don’t chase the coin and call it fine.
Let love be first, let love be loud—
Use money, yes—but love is proud.
Because in the end, when all is done,
It’s not what you owned, but who you won.
