 In the tempest of life where storms convene,

Freedom starts where calm is seen.

Not bound by emotions’ swift embrace,

We find our strength, a tranquil grace.


Waves of sorrow, tides of cheer,

Ebb and flow, yet we steer clear.

For in the heart where peace resides,

Joy unwaveringly abides.


Be happy, no matter how life rocks,

Feelings falter, yet the spirit unlocks,

A deeper joy, resilient and bright,

Unaffected by day or night.


Like the mountain, steadfast and grand,

We weather storms, resolutely stand.

Not swayed by winds of fleeting blight,

Our inner sun remains alight.


In moments harsh, in trials fierce,

We do not let despair pierce.

For happiness is a choice, profound,

Not by outer tempests bound.


So let the world its chaos bring,

We rise above on steady wing.

In serene detachment, we find our way,

Embracing freedom, come what may.
